Information regarding a project is relayed in–depth to the responsible team and the Operations Manager liaises with the team and client throughout the project. Once a project is completed, we follow–up with the client on service levels.

Once we have received a call from a client and ascertained how urgent the request is, we dispatch a team accordingly. In fact, for emergencies whilst we have the client on the line we are already dispatching a team and briefing them whilst they are on route. We keep the client informed of the approximate time that the team will be arriving at their premises.
